Cesnav integrates three distinct calculators—formerly known as CLCalc, CPCalc, and EOM—into a single application, providing a cohesive user experience that seamlessly facilitates sharing calculations across modules and consolidates results onto a unified screen.

The Loading calculator utilizes aircraft-specific weight and balance data files, enabling users to swiftly assess takeoff and landing weights and center of gravity (CG) after inputting passenger, cargo, and fuel load information.

The Takeoff and Landing calculator serves as a valuable tool for evaluating engine-out performance, especially in scenarios involving obstacles or terrain considerations. It offers enhanced ease of use, efficiency, and frequently yields superior field performance and higher allowable takeoff weights compared to traditional AFM data.

The Planning calculator accesses an extensive worldwide database of airports and navigational aids to assist in route planning by calculating trip time, fuel consumption, and distance. Several models also incorporate Cessna’s proprietary GreenTrak technology, which optimizes flight plans based on direct operating costs and fuel expenses to minimize total operational costs.

Users can export, print, and email PDFs containing passenger manifests, loading sheets, performance data, and planning results for onboard reference or record keeping.

Cesnav supports all current production Citation models—including CitationJet, Latitude, Longitude, CJ1 series, CJ2 series, CJ3, Bravo, Encore series, Excel/XLS, Sovereign, and X—along with the Loading calculator’s compatibility with aircraft such as 550, 560, S550, 208B, and 208 (note: TKS-equipped 208 not supported).

New aircraft deliveries include a complimentary subscription for the duration of the aircraft's warranty period. The application requires an active subscription for ongoing use.
